What happens during basic training for the Army and what happens after? What are the things you do during basic , is it all fitness training? How many months of fitness training?
Would you suggest I do at home before considering joining the British Army? I'm 18 and I already do Taekwon-do twice a week and I'm currently a Black tag/1st KUP How many days a week and hours? I like cycling for an hour or two and jogging about once a week, should I up the time I spend doing this? and what other exercises/training should I do relevant to the role of a member of the parachute regiment/Sniper.
