If you are a student studying for exams or if you have an important project to finish at work, then you need to make sure you eat more bananas. Potassium is also great for dealing with stress.

A great natural source of vitamin B- Bananas are a great source of Vitamin B. Vitamin B can help with hangovers, it is good for dealing with stress and nerves and it can even help you with quitting smoking. If you are in a high-pressure job but you also like to party hard, then bananas are a great food for you.

Im always on the go and 19weeks pregnant seems fast food and restaurants are my main source of food!?
I work for hooters and am 19weeks pregnant. I try to pack bananas, nutrition bars, oranges, granola bars, etc so snack on when im working but it never seems enough. When im not at work i eat alot of whole grain, special k-(2% milk), pb sandwiches etc but im also on the go alot and it seems chickfila and rushs are right on hand! Im trying to stay in shape and eat healthy but sometimes you get tired of salad after salad. Any advice?

Is this a good eating plan for a teenager?
I weigh 150 Lbs, I am 5'6 1/2" tall. My goal is 125 Lbs for boxing. I'm 16 years old. 7:00 AM: 1 cup of cereal with soy milk, 1 packet of oatmeal, 1 apple 10:00 AM: Banana, nutrition bar 12:45 PM: 1 Apple, 2 Peanut butter sandwiches/whole wheat bread, 3/4 baby carrots, nutrition bar. 3:30 PM: Chicken Breast, Garden Salad, 1 cup brown rice, 1 apple 8:00 PM: 2 scoops Whey protein shake, garden salad, 1 fruit Total; Approx 2200 calories/302g carbs/142g protein/32g fat I train in boxing 3-4 times a week 1 hour and 30 minutes of cardio. Is this enough or to much?

What is the difference in nutrition between a regular whole banana and a whole dehydrated banana?
If someone could give me the whole rundown on these banana nutrition I would appreciate it. A dehydrated banana would be cut about a half inch and put in a food dehydrator.
