Liquid Vitamins/Supplements- why are they becoming so popular today? There are several reasons for the popularity of liquid nutrition that will be discussed in this article. However, it is necessary to first point out that it is essential for everyone to take nutritional supplements in some form every day. Guinea pigs - nutrition - feed - treats?
I have multiple guinea pigs (1 is young like 2 months and one is a 2 year old and is prego and the other is a year and a half) and was wondering what the best pelleted foods to feed them are? How much of it to feed daily? Do I need to give the prego one extra vitamin C if so how much? and yes I feed them unlimited timothy hay. I was also wondering what are good treats to buy or make. We don't always have fresh fruits and veggies in my house so I was wondering if you could dry them in a food dehydrator so I can give it them daily. Thank you so much any help is appreciated and please don't say not to breed them because this was not on purpose and she was prego before I got her and yes she has had babies before.

What are the best supplements to take when gyming?
Okay so ive been working out for a few years, ive never been extremely comitted just on and off until about 2 months ago when i decided to get serious.. I started off taking creatine (optimum nutrition) and i loaded for 5 days and now im taking about 2.5 g a day.. Im also taking optimen (multi-vitamin).. Before gym i take jack 3d.. After gym i take my creatine, amino, and recently mass gainer. I feel like im slowly improving but i wanna do 2 things, find out if i need to take anything else, and i need a good diet to follow.. Im not picky i eat almost anything..
