Roast Beef Healthy Option?
I was considering buying some roast beef to incorporate it into my diet, which consists of low-fat meats (I usually go for chicken or fish). However, I noticed that in the subway nutrition information page, it mentioned that it's 6 inch roast beef sub only has 5 grams of fat and 2 grams of saturated fat. When I saw this, I was wondering if roast been was a healthy option for dieters, and I considered buying some at the store (given that I"m getting pretty tired with chicken and fish lol). Is it really healthy? I can't seem to find the nutrition information for this beef online, so I was wondering if anyone can give me any pointers. Thanks! Thanks. I mean, I only plan on eating 3 oz. with whole wheat bread...3 oz isn't too much...right? haha

Subway's nutrition values change?
I was recently looking at Subways nutrition information, and realized that alot of their nutrition information values increased, like their wheat bread 6 inch went from 200 to 210, and stuff.....what is up with this???
