Does anyone know a good website for a fruit and vegetable nutrition chart?
My 6 year old is constantly asking why she has to eat certain fruits and vegetables. I have found TONS of charts that list vitamins and minerals, what they do, and then the food sources. I am looking for a chart that lists common (or all) fruits and vegetables first, then what each one does for the body. Thanks! I guess I should add that I'm looking for a chart to print out and hang on the fridge. I would like it to list all the fruits and veggies, with their purpose, in about 3-5 pages max.
